Please note that the RVCA in process of updating its Development Activity Policies and Procedures. RVCA Development Activity Policies and Procedures v1.1.0 will replace the existing version on August 1, 2026 in accordance with Section 2.16. Policy and Procedure Amendments of the policy. Updates to the document include minor and housekeeping amendments intended to provide clarification to the existing policies and improvements for the ease of the reader. RVCA staff are available to provide an overview of changes upon request.
