This camp gives children a chance to experience what Forest School is all about through immersive, child-led play and activities in Baxter’s many wonderful, natural environments. Forest School Camp will have a 1:8 ratio with 16 campers and 2 staff at Baxter’s RIVER CABIN.

Please note: there will be NO SWIMMING and NO before care and after care this week.

PLEASE NOTE that Baxter’s summer camp programs are small and very popular. Spaces are limited and fill up very quickly once registration opens. Filling out our registration request form does not guarantee you a space in our summer camp programs. Registration requests are time stamped and processed in the order they are received. Our staff will contact you ONLY if you are able to obtain a space in our summer camp. We will begin notifying families if they have obtained a space in our summer camp programs the week of February 2nd to 6th, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE that families can only sign up for ONE week of Salamander OR Bullfrog Camp per child. Depending on availability, a notice may be sent out at a later date inviting families to apply for an additional week of Salamander or Bullfrog Camp. Families can sign up for Forest School Camp regardless of other camp registrations.
