Notice of Completion — Britannia Village Flood Control Project The Rideau Valley Conservation Authority and the City of Ottawa are pleased to announce that this project has been completed in accordance with the Class Environmental Assessment for Remedial Flood and Erosion Control Projects, approved under the Environmental Assessment Act for projects of this type.
