The City of Ottawa is looking for empty, idle fields to be transformed into thriving, green woodlands. The Rural Reforestation Program offers technical and financial assistance to rural landowners for the planning, planting and maintenance of small woodlands.

Our goal is to help landowners establish free to grow reforestation projects and to increase the city's forest cover.
