Trails - The mountain offers eight trails including 8 km of the Rideau Trail and a cross-country ski trail. Looped trails offer opportunities for short walk or a long hike. A "Mobility Trail" enables people of all abilities to enjoy the conservation area. Our Mobility Trail is wheel-chair friendly, with a wide crushed-stone path and low-grades.
Interpretative Centre - Open during the summer months to view interpretive displays and to consult with park staff on how to enjoy the park.

A diverse habitat filled with a variety of flora and fauna including over 100 species of birds, 38 varieties of trees and many other animals that call Foley Mountain their home. The area is part of the UNESCO designated Frontenac Arch Biosphere Reserve a region with the highest biodiversity in Canada.
Outdoor Environmental Education Programs — Schools and groups can participate in hands-on curriculum-based programs helping participants understand our natural world and their relationship with it.
A beautiful cedar log chalet to rent for your group event. The Interpretive Centre is the perfect site for a meeting, retreat or family reunion. Situated on a ridge overlooking the Upper Rideau Lake the building includes a large common room with stone fireplace that accommodates 40 people comfortably and has the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen. Contact the Area Supervisor for rates and availability.
Overnight stays for youth groups in our group campground (available to organized youth groups). Tenting space for up to 60 people, a covered shelter and available firewood make this campground a perfect site for large group gatherings.
